IT Support Analyst in Bath

We are recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Application Support Team based in central Bath. 

Working within our busy IT service environment the IT Application Support Team is the first point of contact for our staff requiring support on our specialist WRAP software platform.

We provide 1st line service desk, advice and guidance to user's technical problems, and business process support. We aim for an excellent level of customer service at all times. 

This role will suit a recent graduate who is keen to start their IT career or someone who has gained 6-12 months commercial experience of working within an IT Support / Service Desk environment and is looking for a new challenge. 

You will be enthusiastic about technology and keen to learn, have a strong customer service focus and first-rate communication skills. Experience of SQL, relational databases and applications support would be an advantage.
